Tunidar

About Project

As the lead front-end engineer for Tunidar, I developed a high-performance real estate platform tailored to both residential and commercial users. The site required fast search functionality, structured listings, SEO optimization, and strong mobile usability — all while maintaining a premium, trustworthy brand presence. I built the site from scratch using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

I engineered a component-based architecture using Next.js for static generation and server-side rendering where needed, improving both performance and SEO. Leveraging Tailwind CSS, I rapidly styled dynamic layouts while ensuring pixel-level consistency across breakpoints. Assets were optimized through lazy loading and route-based code splitting, bringing load time down to under 1.2 seconds. The result: a fast, scalable site deployed via Vercel, ready for production traffic.

If we don’t take action on what we learn, we widen the gap between technical capability and production-quality results. Execution is what turns a performant idea into a real-world solution.

Working on Tunidar meant writing code that balanced clarity with power.
Every UI feature — from property filters to listing cards — was designed as a reusable component. I used React hooks, custom props, and utility-first classes to deliver modular, testable elements that scaled cleanly across the app.

Performance and SEO weren’t afterthoughts — they were the baseline.
Using Next.js image optimization, meta tag control, and structured schema, I ensured the site ranked well on Google and loaded fast across regions. I integrated accessibility practices and ensured the platform passed WCAG checks out of the box — including keyboard navigation and semantic HTML.

This wasn’t just a styling job — it was a full engineering build. From layout rendering and dynamic routing to responsive design and core web vitals, the Tunidar project showcases my ability to ship high-quality front-end systems that are fast, accessible, SEO-optimized, and built for real users — not just for dribbble shots.
